TEFL teacher with more than 12 years of experience. Let's get going! Since I was a little girl, I have known that I wanted to be an English teacher. After finishing high school and taking the FCE exam, I studied at Teacher Training College. Upon graduation, I went on studying and training and I became a Cambridge University Speaking Examiner. I also did a Literary Theory course at the University of Oxford in 2019. Teaching English is my passion: I have done it for more than 12 years. I currently teach children, adolescents and adults. I also train students to take international exams such as FCE, CAE, TOEFL and IELTS. I have also trained employees at different multinational companies to enhance their skills at work: business English, presentations and conference calls. Last year, 2020, was a very special year because of the pandemic and the lockdown so I decided to explore new paths. I have started my own conversation club, in which we meet twice a month on Zoom to talk and interact in English with me being the organizer of the debate and the moderator. I have also shared my passion for reading by creating my book club, which consists of monthly meetings to discuss a book. I am in charge of preparing the discussion questions and moderating the debate. Currently, I am working on the creation of my online platform for students to have as a complement to their studies. Of all the things I love about teaching, I would say that my favourite is when my students thrive in their lives and careers because of what I have taught them.
